CattyCorner: How to Prank Your Parents
Greetings, my paw-like cat cohorts.
It’s your old friend Forrest here, and we’re ditching our parents today. Why? Because it’s April Fool’s Day and I want to teach you some surefire pranks to get your parents back for every nap they ever woke you from and for every empty bowl they forgot.
You may guess we like to get mischievous and mess with them, but our humans can’t be entirely sure if you’re just feline or if you want them. So take this to your advantage and pull some quick ones on your people on this stupid day.
Here are some easy pranks you can do on your parents on this April Fool’s Day!

So, this prank is going to be fun and comes back to your parents for waking you up from your sleep. Whether taking a nap or dozing off for the night, at some point human toes always find their way out from under blankets or maybe a foot is dangling from the end of the couch. All you have to do Give those toes the slightest furry touch and watch the people fly! Hahaha, that brings my dad all the time. Catnip and crackers, he yells when he thinks someone has it!
Creepy crawling clowning
Do you want to see your parents jumping around like a fool Drop a bug on your chair! This one is easy as insects can be hunted both inside and out. It’s another prank that is causing alarms among people. So prepare for the drama when you see a little bug in your room. You can choose whether the bug is alive or dead. I find live bugs preferable for the added hysteria of beating the creeping creature!

This one is gross, but a perfect way to get back to your mom or dad, to dress up in bowties or onesies. Yes, we look good in everything we wear, but sometimes you just have to be the same. So the next time you’re in a condition your parents think is too precious, just throw up.
By the time you start the gag show, it will be too late to undress. Let go of the half-digested snack food, making sure it fits on your outfit and, if possible, on your mother’s feet. You may not laugh, but you sure will.
If you can’t throw up, chop up a hairball. Pretty effective too.

Food bowl follies
This one will really mess with you, but it will take some tough discipline on your part. When your dad makes your breakfast, pretend you don’t want it! Hard, I know, but the confusion this will cause is well worth it. This prank also needs timing; Just as he goes to take the dish away, you dive in and start eating, as your way of saying, “Made a fool of you!”
And when you talk about food, remind your human … don’t forget to feed the cat.
